Nutrition Counseling & Race Week Meal Planning

My race week meal plan was 10/10. Easy to follow and I felt so great on race day! Even better than the meal plan was that I did not fall into a binge and restrict cycle after the race. I focused on fueling my body even though I was less active in recovery and coming off of taper week and carb loading. I did not weigh myself until a few weeks after, and to my surprise I had not gained any weight. Most importantly I feel good and no longer feel “out of control” around food.
